This website is operated by Kalaminati Creations. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kalaminati Creations. By using this website, you agree to these conditions:

• Age of Majority: You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or are accessing the site under parent/guardian supervision.
• Authorized Use: You agree not to use our products or website content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our products are custom-made using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing technology, meaning they are built layer-by-layer:

• Aesthetic Variations: Visible layer lines, print seams, minor surface texture variations, and tiny cosmetic gaps are natural characteristics of the printing process and are not considered defects.
• Multi-Color Filaments: Products printed with rainbow, dual-color, or tri-color filaments will have unique color transitions, and the exact distribution of colors will vary from print to print.
• Fit and Movement: Articulated figures may initially have slightly stiff joints that loosen with gentle usage over time.

We offer custom-made 3D printed toys, collectibles, and products. Please note:

• Price Changes: All prices are in INR, inclusive of GST (India), and subject to change without notice.
• Product Visuals: We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match the physical product.
• Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but do not warrant that all descriptions or prices are entirely error-free.

Please observe the following guidelines to ensure safe usage and longevity of your 3D prints:

• Choking Hazard: Articulated toys and collectibles contain small moving parts and joints that can break off under excessive force. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age without active parental supervision.
• Heat Sensitivity: Our products are printed using PLA/PETG plastics. Exposure to high-temperature environments (such as direct summer sunlight, closed hot vehicles, or near heaters) may warp, melt, or deform the material.
• Not Food-Safe: 3D prints are not rated as food-safe or dishwasher safe, and should not be washed in hot water.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance:

• Order Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (due to material availability, printer capacities, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
• Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placement. Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All transactions on our store are processed securely:

• Payment Gateway: Payments must be completed through our approved integrated payment methods (UPI, cards, NetBanking).
• Secure Processing: Credit card details are encrypted during transfer over networks.
• Gateway Errors: Kalaminati is not liable for failures, declines, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

To protect against transit damage and ensure prompt resolution:

• Unboxing Video: To claim a free replacement for any product damaged during transit, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the outer package, shipping label, and the damaged item. This must be sent to support@kalaminati.com within 48 hours of delivery, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

We take pride in our original model designs, commercial printing rights, and brand assets:

• Proprietary Designs: All custom design files, graphics, logos, website text, and images are the exclusive intellectual property of Kalaminati Creations.
• Commercial Licensing: Articulated toys and models designed by third-party artists are printed and sold under valid commercial licensing agreements.
• Digital File Restriction: Purchasing a physical 3D print does not grant the buyer any rights to the underlying 3D model files (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) or scans. Duplication, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Our liability and legal jurisdiction parameters are outlined as follows:

• Liability Limit: Kalaminati Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
