Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kalaminati Creations, each product is specially 3D printed to order. As a result, we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations Allowed – Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
- Since our products are made-to-order, production starts immediately and cannot be reversed.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds After Shipping
- Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
- Every product is printed specifically for you, and once produced, it cannot be reused or resold.
✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products
We stand by the quality of our creations. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- Email us at support@kalaminati.com with:
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
- Your Order ID and purchase details.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Return shipping for approved cases will be handled as per the instructions shared by us.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or 3D printed products (all our products fall into this category).
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items.
📦 Shipping Errors or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong product due to a shipping error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
💳 Refunds (for Approved Cases Only)
- Once your returned item (for damage/defect cases only) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@kalaminati.com.
