Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kalaminati Creations, each product is specially 3D printed to order. As a result, we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations Allowed – Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
  • Since our products are made-to-order, production starts immediately and cannot be reversed.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds After Shipping

  • Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.
  • Every product is printed specifically for you, and once produced, it cannot be reused or resold.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our creations. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Email us at support@kalaminati.com with:
    1. Clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
    2. Your Order ID and purchase details.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  4. Return shipping for approved cases will be handled as per the instructions shared by us.

⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


⚠️ Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or 3D printed products (all our products fall into this category).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items.

📦 Shipping Errors or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong product due to a shipping error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


💳 Refunds (for Approved Cases Only)

  • Once your returned item (for damage/defect cases only) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@kalaminati.com.
