📦 Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipping may take a few extra days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery timelines vary based on your location, usually 3–7 business days after dispatch within India.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We ship orders through trusted delivery partners such as India Post, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, or other reliable couriers depending on your location.

While we ensure safe packaging and timely dispatch, please note:

Once shipped, the package is in the custody of the courier. Delivery delays or damages during transit are beyond our direct control.
In case of lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, we will fully support you in raising a claim or complaint with the courier company.
Please contact us immediately if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe.

📦 Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

We may reship it at the buyer’s cost, or

For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer.
