Since all our products are custom 3D printed to order, returns and exchanges are highly restricted.

• Custom-made Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
• Eligible Cases: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged during transit, is defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.
• Reporting Period: Any issue must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
