Refund policy
🚫 No Returns or Refunds After Shipping
Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. Every product is made to order, and once produced, it cannot be reused or resold.
✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Order ID and purchase details.

If your request is approved, you will be asked to send the item to our return address (provided via email).

Return shipping for approved damage claims will be handled as per the instructions we provide.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Customized or printed products (all our products fall into this category).

Gift cards.

Sale or discounted items.
📦 Shipping Errors or Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item due to a shipping error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💳 Refunds (for Approved Cases Only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (for damaged or incorrect items only), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
